COMPANY PROFILE

Rottet Property Group LLC (ROTTET) is a privately owned real estate investment, development and management firm with over $15,000,000 of commercial and residential assets under ownership. Our mission is to improve the collective perception of the built environment through strategic investments and forward-thinking design. ROTTET focuses on the acquisition and renovation or reposition of undervalued assets to achieve a maximum return on investment. Working alongside a team of world-class architects and design professionals, ROTTET’s goal is to introduce transformational investments with architectural significance that contribute to the community and the future of design.

ROTTET was founded on the simple idea that investing in real estate should benefit more than just the individuals involved in a transaction. At the close of each transaction, ROTTET supports the local community by donating a percentage of its commission to the preferred charitable organization(s) of our client to foster positive and meaningful change within the immediate community. ROTTET is a monthly contributor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and annual donor to The University of Texas MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital. Our award-winning team is affiliated with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), American Institute of Architects (AIA) and International Interior Design Association (IIDA) with a wide range of professional registrations and accreditations ranging from RID and NCARB to LEED and WELL Certification.
